Service agreement

Parties and scope

Web hosting, domain names and related services provided by HostingDomain are subject to this agreement. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Service delivery

Services are activated automatically after payment is confirmed. The service term equals the billing period you select and renews at the end of the period.

Payment and renewal

Renewal invoices are issued before the due date. Services not paid by the due date may be suspended, and services left unpaid for a long time may be terminated and their data deleted.

Customer obligations

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, the content of your website and its legal compliance. Use that violates the acceptable use policy may result in the suspension of the service.

Limitation of liability

We recommend that you take regular backups. Liability for indirect damages is limited to the last period's fee paid for the relevant service.
